Here are some fun space-themed activities made by our students. They have easy to understand, step-by-step instructions on how to complete each activity. They are great boredom busters for while you are stuck inside too!

DIY Leyden Jar

Creator: Matthew Schwertfeger

This video steps you through how to make a Leyden jar, which stores electrical energy. After charging it, if you touch it, it will shock you. 

Pegboard Constellations

Creators: Jack Johns, Josh Reed, & Lucia Baker

These students created a way to map constellations. They created a pegboard and used it as a coordinate plane. Then, they wrote the coordinates for each star in each constellation. Click the button to learn more!

Space IQ

Space IQ is a slideshow where you guess whether the information given is a fact or a conspiracy theory. To play the game, just hit the button, then hit present at the top right corner.

Entry Ticket

This quiz was meant to be used as an "Entry Ticket" for those who were in line for the escape room before it was moved online. Even though you don't have to wait in line for the escape room now, we still suggest you take this quiz to learn some cool facts about Mars.
